Early Departure Policy
Guests who check out of the hotel prior to their scheduled departure date will be charged a penalty of $75.00. The departure date may be changed up until the day of arrival.
An early departure fee is also enforced at the hotel on certain rate plans. Guests may change and confirm the departure date upon check-in. Any changes made after check-in will incur an early departure fee. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Gift Certificate Policy
Gift certificates are accepted as payment; however, gift certificate reservations must be booked directly by the property. The gift certificate must be presented upon arrival or the guest will be charged one night's stay at the hotel's published rate of that particular day. Please contact the hotel directly to inquire about availability or for further information.
Proper government-issued photo identification is required by the Front Desk for check-in to the Sheraton La Jolla Hotel.
The Sheraton La Jolla Hotel charges a $10.00 per night parking fee.
Dogs less than 80 pounds are allowed. Dogs can not be left alone in the guest room. Cats are not allowed. Guest must sign a waiver at check-in before dog is allowed in any guest room or public area. Dogs are not allowed in any food and beverage or pool area. A pet cleaning fee of $40 per stay will be charged to your room.
All guest rooms and interior public spaces are now 100% smoke-free. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest if evidence of smoking is found in their room. Please contact the hotel for further information.
